Why choose the Saint Barths Oval Trays?

Rattan is the fibrous stem of a climbing palm from the tropical forests of Southeast Asia. The stems are steamed, bent, and hand-woven, resulting in a lightweight yet surprisingly strong tray. The white finish makes the woven pattern extra graphic and beautifully highlights the texture. The raised edge keeps glasses and cups neatly in place, and because everything is handmade, no two trays are exactly alike.

The oval shape stands out among all the round and square trays and naturally follows the lines of a coffee table, sideboard, or pouf. You get two sizes, so you can vary them endlessly: place the small tray inside the large one for a layered still life, or distribute them throughout the living room and bedroom. White combines effortlessly with wood, linen, ceramics, and greenery, and suits an Ibiza-style interior just as well as a sleek, modern decor.
