Why choose the Draya bowl?
Onyx is a natural stone built up in thin layers, allowing you to see fine veins and soft color variations running through the material. The stone is slightly translucent, so near a window or a lamp, the bowl takes on a warm glow that you won't see in ceramics. Because each block comes directly from nature, no two bowls are alike. Small color differences, natural lines, and slight irregularities are part of the material and are not manufacturing defects.
At 70 centimeters long, this is the largest size in the series and an instant statement piece. It effortlessly fills the center of a dining table or the entire width of a sideboard. Place a row of candles, seasonal greenery, or large shells in it, or let the stone speak for itself. The weight of 13 kilos requires a sturdy surface and two hands when moving it.
