Farmwood collection:
The wood is recycled and comes from beams from old houses. From a pile of reclaimed wood, the usable beams are then hand-selected by skilled craftsmen. With an experienced eye, they choose the wood with the right thickness, appearance, and color. This is a lengthy process that makes the wood more valuable. Every finished product has a rustic, natural appearance. All imperfections such as knots and cracks are still visible. Almost no finishing work has been done, except for sanding and brushing the wood.
Materials:
Recycled wood.
Maintenance:
– Wipe regularly with a slightly damp or dry dust cloth without heavy lint to prevent scratches.
– Avoid all cleaning tools with a rough surface.
– Do not use detergents or cleaning products containing ammonia.
– If you do not treat the sideboard (which is not necessary!), it will develop a natural patina after some time.
– If desired, you can use any type of wax, teak oil, or varnish. Do this on an inconspicuous area first, as the wood will become darker as a result.
