1. Processing time: Our standard processing time for orders varies by product. When you place an order before 8:00 p.m. on weekdays, we get to work right away. You will receive a message from us the next business day with the expected delivery time, unless otherwise stated.
2. Shipping methods: We work with PostNL for orders that fit through the letterbox, and with DPD for larger parcels. You also have the option to pick up your order from us. You will receive an email when your product is ready for collection.
3. Estimated delivery time: The estimated delivery time varies based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Please note that factors such as customs inspections or unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery time.
4. International shipments: For international shipments, customs clearance and local delivery may take additional time. Also take into account any import duties or taxes that may apply to international orders.
5. Communication: We are happy to keep you informed about the progress of your order. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

The return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, for reasons of sustainability and environmental awareness.

If there is actually something wrong with the delivered products, for example damage, then we will cover the return costs.
